Zoe Vandermeer, St. John's Director of Music, will be presenting a free solo concert featuring her voice and harp-playing at 7:00 pm on Saturday, June 14, 2025.
Zoe Vandermeer is playing harp solos and self-accompanying songs and arias with her 38 string Celtic harp was made by Triplett Harps in San Luis Obispo, 18th and early 19th century music by Handel, Edward Jones, Sophie Corri, harp solos by Irish composer O'Carolan, British harpist T.P. Chipp, and others, as well as selections composed by Zoe Vandermeer. Ms. Vandermeer is a coloratura soprano, Welsh triple harpist, and composer. Her program 'The Harp in Softly Pleasing Strains', presents songs, arias, and harp solos by Mozart, Handel, Sophie Corri, Edward Jones, and others, and music by Zoe Vandermeer.
